Our Patient Membership Plan (PMP) is an annual reduced-fee savings plan for families and individuals that allows all PMP members to receive quality dental services at reduced prices. Unlike conventional dental insurance plans, with PMP there are no deductibles, no yearly maximums, and no waiting periods to begin any dental treatment. PMP is a convenient and affordable alternative to dental insurance. PMP benefits coverage begins immediately upon plan registration and payment.
There are 3 different plans, all of which depend on the health of your gums.
The benefits of PMP include:
1. Two (2) dental exams
2. One (1) fluoride treatment
3. Annual oral cancer screening
4. Any x-rays
5. A 15% courtesy for all services when paid same day with credit card, or a 20% courtesy if paid same day with cash or check The 15%/20% courtesy includes but is not limited to:
• Fillings
• Crowns, bridges, onlays, and inlays
• Dentures and partial dentures
• Extractions
• Gum therapy (scaling/root planing and laser treatment)
6. 10% courtesy for all implant and cosmetic services when paid sameday with credit card. 15% courtesy off if paid same-day with cash or check. The 10%/15% courtesy includes but is not limited to:
• Invisalign
• Smile Design (crowns, bridges, and veneers)
• Dental implants and associated parts/services
